Update
I love that you can see the balances without having to log in, but the available balances does not reflect what is available. Also we are not able to see the deposits that are pending any longer. I really miss those features.. I wish I hadn’t updated.
Horrible service for app
This place is getting worse regularly. The no longer service the customer needs. They quit drive threw morning and lates cause they didn't want to service customers, their app never works correctly for electronic deposit and now the update does not work either so I can not even access my account
New Update + feedback
This update makes the UI beautiful, I expected bugs with such a big change coming out so no major complaints yet!
Gotta change the iOS home screen icon tho, I’m not sure how limited you are but the icon shouldn’t look so squished.
Another thing would be the profile icons. Adding a photo from my phone has the incorrect format? It just crops wrong. This shouldn’t be too hard however.

Stopped loading
I have been trying to use the app for 2 days with no success.

I have been a credit union member since 1976. I’ve been a Comm Choice member since 1994. They have always treated me fair and Helped me out whenever they could. Wouldn’t change unless they do.❤️ They are the best!

App has stop loading
This was a nice app for me to use and I would use it quite often.
But know for at least 2 weeks it freezes and stops loading up. Very disappointed with the new program that comm choice is using or trying to use.

Face/Touch Reciognition
Used to be a good app, but last few months the face recognition function only works half the time and you have to go through the process of allowing those functions to work.
Poor app
In the past CCCU had one app , it worked great, now to check your debit or credit card you must download this crap app , it doesn’t work most of the time , says offline and gives a number to call , call the number, not much help , talked 3 times , when they rolled out the new app , and changed there credit card , need to go back to old system, or fix this piece of junk app!
