App won’t let me sign in

The app requires you to sign in before using and no matter how many times I try it doesn’t work. The toy is useless without it

Crap!

Bluetooth worked once and that was it.
Just says buy a new one.
I’m assuming you’ll have to keep buying new ones every week or so.
Too bad cause I liked the idea. Guess I’ll just have to find a better product with the same idea that works.

NOT WORTH THE IT!!!

I got a few months ago and it was great but then they did an update on it and now it’s garbage. Low quality and too expensive!!!

Cannot log on anymore?? Also the in app support doesn’t work when not logged in so I cannot access support

IMESSAGES ARE MISSING

I love this thing and today I went to use it with my SO and iMessage weren’t in there we don’t like downloading extra apps if we can just text the link PLEASE fix this issue!!!!!! We are in different states and I’m about to deploy

Please fix The Text message so we don’t have to download other apps to use!

Liked it until they removed text invites

Bring back the text invites. . . Now it gives you the options of 4 apps to invite someone to control it, super annoying.

Won’t connect

I’ve tried several times and I cannot get this to connect I literally have the toy within 8 inches of the phone. Bluetooth is on on my phone. I’ve taken the app off my phone and reinstalled it like five times I still cannot get it to connect
