Can’t even start
The app requires a sign up, yet the app won’t load the signup making the toy useless until the app works. I can’t sign in no matter how many times I try.
Won’t delete
It worked okay but when I tried to delete it for some reason I can’t get it to delete. It is taking up way too much space in my phone and if anyone can figure it out please help.

Biggest price of crap ever. Can’t get the whale to turn on so downloaded app thinking there was an on off switch on the app.
It’s nothing but information gathering. They want all kinds of info before you get to the meat of being able to control the toy. I still haven’t gotten there. I’ve deleted the app and thrown the toy away.

Doesn’t work
After waiting almost 3 months for it to arrive due to slow shipping, it doesn’t connect to the app. There are no manual controls or other way to control it so it’s basically garbage.

I had no problem connecting via Bluetooth at all. Device is totally discreet and I’m looking forward to figuring more out

All these people giving it a One Star ratings and saying it doesn’t work.... probably bought a knock-off 🤷♀️ They do not come in a square box, and if it doesn’t have the trade-mark symbol...it’s fake 😅

Waste of time don’t connect at all

Had to watch a few YouTube videos to get to connect, since the included instructions are in another language. For mine, I charged it for about 30 minutes and then disconnected the charger. I held down the “tail” part for 3 seconds and then it connected to the app. I did not have to use my Bluetooth connection. From there, each time after you charge it, you will have to squeeze the tail to reconnect. But it works! And I’m so excited to use it. Also, the range was at least 5 feet so far and I will be testing that.
