  • Best ever get healthy program

    Been having major health problems, in the hospital twice since end of January. This program was recommended by my health insurance. I have been pleasantly surprised. Provided a coach immediately and after a few questions was able to put together a personalized plan that took into account my current lack of stamina and overall exercise intolerance due to low hemoglobin, recent hysterectomy and medical professionals arbitrary assignment of diagnoses based on current response to anemia. I have been able to complete all assignments each day and get feedback from my coach. I am encouraged to modify exercises based on my abilities which allow me to accomplish goals at my pace. Mindfulness is a key component- understanding the why and how all my goals intersect and how I can best achieve those goals has been so helpful. Support from my mighty family helps me to stay focused and able to celebrate my successes. I have found a path that considers me and my needs and actually makes the challenge of getting healthy fun and achievable.

  • Great stretching and flexibility programs

    After just 2 weeks, my flexibility has improved drastically. There’s a good selection of classes with different instructors so you can experiment and find the ones that are right for you. Many of them show both standing and sitting methods which is nice when you’re just starting out.
  • Finally!!!

    I have finally found the lifestyle app that meets me at my starting point of autoimmune diseases, overweight and debility. My coach is awesome and we communicate daily via text. Plus I have her office number. The app is simple fun daily tasks that focus on me, lifestyle education and empowerment. Food logging is simple. Wide variety of exercise activities. Community support is amazing and a safe judgement free zone. Try Mighty Health and it will change your life for the better!

  • Motivation

    I believe i found the best app that works for me. The coaches and instructors are amazing. They motivated me to a level that I’ve never thought I’d get to. I’ve only been using the app for three days but the motivation they have given me is great. I’m moving more than I have in a few years. With my health conditions, they have workouts that are safe for me and as I said, I’ve only been with the app three days going on my fourth and I feel so much better already. It’s amazing thank you mighty health.

  • Get this App!

    I seriously LOVE the Mighty health app. It makes maintaining my health so easy, with everything I could possibly need in one user-friendly place. I can do exercises guided by friendly fitness instructors I almost feel like I already know, get reliable information on any health topic, and resources such as recipes for healthy food and access to a community of users and health coaches and professionals. I even have a personal coach who offers encouragement, guidance, and prompt answers to any questions I have. I used to go to a gym for four classes a week to work on strength, balance, flexibility and endurance, and all of that and much more is available on the Mighty app—I don’t even have to go anywhere to get it! If you want an easy and effective resource for enjoying good health, get this app NOW!

  • New Member Review

    I joined Mighty Health about a month ago and have already gotten so much out of it. I have several auto immune conditions and also hip and back issues so I’m just now getting back to trying to be active like I was a few years ago. Setting goals and having the right kind of workouts and the encouragement is of paramount importance to me. Everyone has been so kind and my coach, Diane, has been great.

  • Over 50 workout

    I’ve worked out my whole life but after age 60 I noticed I was getting injured and taking longer to recover. It hurt my pride a little to join an Over 50 workout but I joined Mighty Health. I love the workouts and I feel they keep me toned, In shape & flexible I like to fast forward through the 15 second breaks. I recommend Mighty Health.

  • Very happy with this program!

    I have used many calorie counting apps and had success, but never been able to maintain. This program is for real living and concentrates on sustainability. You have a coach who is very responsive, and so many resources. They walk you through getting started-baby steps. The most important aspect to me is that it is for 50+, although I expect that my kids and grandkids will benefit from my experience with it as well.

  • Great for The plus 50 age group

    It’s been awhile since I have regularly exercised. So many apps are designed for younger people. Their team keeps you motivated, and works with your individual needs; joint pain, arthritis, menopause, and nutrition. I have given up on other programs, because the exercises were too difficult, or caused pain. This program works for me!
