Truly awful

Can’t login
Australian user - log in fine via desktop but can’t login to app with same details. Pretty basic requestbtw888
Amazing workout. Horrible app
PLEASE update the UI/UX. the functionality of this app is far behind most others in the same space. When I’m looking at classloads, I can’t even go “back” to the daily list of classes without cycling through my account over and over. This isn’t really an app so much ad a mobile web portal.aenerd

Probably the worst workout app I have used for a studio. It is impossible to find your booked classes and forget about buying shakes on it. Seriously needs some updating.Diner girl 22
Basic functions - needs to catch up to US version
Really disappointing how basic and non intuitive the internationals version is. It functions like a moweb design. I split my time in the US and use the US version and it’s miles ahead of this. Barrys engineers and product teams - please get this up to par as the US or even combine both into one app !!Show lessawu02
Unable to get passed first screen
App is buggy and I cannot get passed the first screen — clearly booking a class isn’t 1 click away.
Website also needs to be reworked. Their booking system is not intuitive and appears to be quite old (not keeping up with other studio booking sites).redloo
Shameful
I’m shocked that a company who charges so much for fitness classes and provides prime training services has useless website and mobile app. A graduate could develop a better UX. complete failure!Maaaagggggsss
Please improve App User Interface
The app has all the proper functionality that I would expect. I’m glad that you’re able to book your tread / floor spot.
However, PLEASE update the User Interface (a great example of UI would be SoulCycle’s app). The app seems especially broken on iPhone 11 Pro Max, where all the screens / information is pushed off to the side, almost like a poorly formatted webpage with bad mobile browser compatibility.
The app is usable, just not as intuitive or as enjoyable as I hoped.
