Barry’s is great. The app is not!
Seriously, if people didn’t like the classes so much, they would not put up with this app! It regularly stops working and I find I have to delete and reinstall the app every fortnight or so - presumably after they’ve made their latest update. An unmitigated shambles. Sort it out Barry’s!!✌️#cheesy😋
Simply Unusable!
Truly terrible product, unlike the exceptional service which Barry’s actually provides. Really shocked someone within the Company approved the release of this app, as it damages the image and reputation of the business. Would take the app offline and completely revamp and redesign.
Very difficult to navigate, cumbersome to add funds/ pay (no FaceID, no Apple Pay), buggy (text messed up even on the front log in page, issues with locations, ie only able to book in Dubai when based in London..), no ability to save studio (or any other) preferences.
Again, not really clear how was this product approved for release - a lot of mom & pop studios have better mobile apps than this.Show lesshungry&foolish

No decent app developer would simply copy-paste a website and squeeze it into an app format - but this is what Barrys did - and its so horrible to use (I’ve gone back to using the website).JL-Lon
Seriously bad...
It’s pretty staggering how a slick cash-generative operation such as Barry’s has such a terrible app. It’s not intuitive, it doesn’t load properly, the text is all unaligned and not easy to read, when you click on links to do things it takes you to the wrong page (e.g. the unreserve link on a booked class, if you can even get to that point, takes you instead to the ‘assign guest’ option). It’s terrible. Functionality is awful. Invest and improve, then re-release it please. The website is also somewhat difficult to navigate. I do everything in person.Vk111

I downloaded the app so I can book my classes in advance but it is not letting me select that I live anywhere in the USA as my home destination so I can’t finish signing up to open the app. There must be some kind of glitch. Either way, please fix this so I can use the app.figureskater1234
