Their system is very poor,,,, And a terrible customer service support,,,,

I sent money through this app, and is almost 24 hours,,,, is still showing pending and no customer service representative has contact me or answer the phone when I even call,,,, is a boring n so terrible app,,, I regret using it

In those situations we refund to the original card used for the transaction after investigations. Our office and 24hr customer service number is clearly stated on our website and in the app.
