I also downloaded the app on my iPhone and it says the same thing as the above review. I can log in my browser but can’t log on directly to the app. How are they even in business smhUnable to log into my account
I created the Tix account yesterday and I am able to log into the account on my Safari browser on my iPad. Today I downloaded the App to my iPhone and tried to log into my account (using the exact same login and password copy/past from my password manager) but the App tells me the account does not exist 🤷♀️ Tried several times. Does not work. Too bad. Guess I will have to keep using my browser instead of the App. Will try again some time in the future in the hope they fix it.
FYI: Using iPhone Xs for the App.
