App not working
I have added the handle but it doesn't appear in my account so no code has been set.
I try to add it again it says it cannot be added as it already exists but I cannot access it!!Remote management not working
I cannot deactivate the handle as ‘use as a normal handle’ remotely even someone is touching the handleForgot my pin for the app and there is no way to rest this
I have forgot my pin for the app Janus locks, and their is no way to reset this via the app and no email to contact either. Now can’t get into my living room.
