Requests a serial no to start
Why can’t RS simple ask for model, version and year?

With the new update, things have changed around some. You can search for a specific serial number or select the "Search by Model Code" link at the bottom of the screen to search without a serial number. Please reach out to Rider Support at the link in the app description if you are still unable to find the information.

Thanks for the feedback! The latest version of TrailHead lets you save products to your SRAMid profile so you don't have to enter your serial number each time!
Seems pretty useless.
More reason to check out FOX at the end of the day.
