Also the transitions were oddly complicated too. All I want is the two clips to fade into each other. Not too complicated I think. Anyway, 3 day trial and unsubscribe.

Great app but not great video resolution

Hi! Thanks for the detailed feedback, we really appreciate it and we will do our best to address it in our upcoming updates. The app definitely does create videos in 4k, but of course the final result is based on the photo and videos you are using as media items. For videos, if the original video is not in 4k, then the quality will be the same as the original video. If you are using photos, there are a few scenarios where the quality may be degraded because the app was not able to download the best quality from iCloud. Hi there! Thanks so much for your feedback and sorry to hear you had an issue. The list of current tracks is loaded through the network, so this just means that you were not connected to the Internet when the app started. Please restart the app and you should see all the music. Hi there! Thanks for your honest feedback and we're sorry you had an issue with the app. We use the App Store's built in subscription system, so cancelling is exactly like cancelling any other subscription in the App Store. Regarding the bill, again, we use the App Store for billing, so all the information is displayed to you and you need to approve any billing that occurs, we don't do any of that billing ourselves. We do feel we make the billing aspects and the subscription aspects very clear but will take your feedback and try to improve this. Thanks!
