We're sorry you felt that the pro version was a rip off, there are two things I would like to consider here - 1) We are a small company building these apps for a living, if we're not able to earn any profits from them we won't be able to continue to create and support them 2) We always offer a free version with some of the capability which you can use for as long as you want. We hope you understand, if not you can always chat with us in the app or contact us via email and we will explain this in more detail. Hi! Thanks for trying the app and for the positive feedback. Actually the regular version of the app is 100% free and you can use it forever without paying a dime. The pro version removes the watermark and allows usage of all the themes and no limits on layers, and this is indeed a paid subscription. We need this revenue to cover the expenses of developing and maintaining the app. We hope you understand and enjoy the free version. Thanks again for your feedback!

Sneaky Annual Fee
Then, your slugged with an automatic annual fee of $$54$$!
At the very least should be a 30 day trial but be more upfront in the App Store about this being an expensive purchase.

Hi there! Thanks for your honest feedback, we appreciate it and will try to improve the experience based on it, and we appreciate that you still think the app is brilliant. You can always reach out to us by chat in the app ("Chat with us" in the settings page) or by email and we will do anything we can to fix your issue and make it up to you. It's important to us to say that we are not trying to be sneaky, we clearly state that the trial is free for 7 days, and after that it converts to a paid subscription, with the price clearly written. The price and nature of the subscription is also written in the App Store description. There is also a monthly subscription available at about 1/6 of the yearly price, so even after the free trial you can still use the app for that lower price. There is also the free version which is limited but still allows you to create many great videos and never pay a dime. We agree that the yearly price is not cheap, but neither are the costs of developing and running it, and anyone can still use it for free. We hope you have a better understanding of the app and would love to chat with you personally to learn more. Thanks!
