A whole lot of glitches
And incredible lack of customer support. They should pay you to test the ScreenPort SDI out. Not reliable and an awful experience to deal with their 3 day late one sentence responses from tech support. My Screenport SDI had glitches that I tried to help them navigate this for the first two weeks of use and then it literally fell apart my 9th day of use with a 'too bad so sad' attitude from IN2CORE. NO REFUND. NO EXCHANGE. NO CARE.Show lessDeveloper Response
We are sorry for your bad experience. We were informed by the sales department that your broken device will be replaced with the new one, with reinforced USB ports which you have managed to damage.Nothing is ready yet
I bought the screen port device which seemed cool... but nothing works 🙄. The company keeps saying the features on the device and app will soon be available, but I’ve had the unit and app for almost 3 months and none of the key features work that I bought it for including using it as a camera monitor. None of the key features like WiFi broadcasting from unit to multiple devices locally works, no video guides, waveform/vector scopes/histograms/ false color monitoring is turned on. Video recording as well stalls out and even the videos I do capture won’t delete without some error occurring. Poor release of a product. They need to step on it and promise what they said at NAB this year. I would have held out longer if I knew and save money till everything was enabled and turned on.Show lessDeveloper Response
We are sorry about your experience and we apologize that implementing the features takes longer than expected. Features are being released in batches – the most recent one introduced 3D LUT processing with live previews. The next batch (including Frame Lines, Waveform Monitor, Vectorscope, Histogram, False Color and Focus Peaking) should be ready at the end of January 2020. Video recording works well with the latest firmware, so if you are still experiencing problems please make sure you are running the latest version and if the problem persists, please contact us with more details at support@in2core.com and we will gladly assist you. We are currently working on a firmware update that will enable Wi-Fi broadcasting to multiple devices, even though this is beyond the scope of the original intent for the device.
