I can't use the app with Okta/SSO
My organization uses Okta for sign-in. There is no option to do that in the app. It kept asking for the EY password, which do not exists.xuanvuz
Very poor app
This app is mandatory to use if EY are the company that is coordinating the logistics of your international assignment. It is extremely frustrating to use. Documents fail to save, and despite recording my location in bulk, it sends push notifications to record my location several times a week. If the app actually functioned, it has the potential to be extremely useful. Unfortunately it is not.Show lessyunamas

If I could give negative stars, for this application, I would. The fact that it does not remember my password and username, nor does it consistently work with facial recognition when you uninstall the program it never sends an authentication code when you request one. If you have an alternative, I would strongly recommend that you utilize it, especially if your residency change depends upon it. When you uninstall it, you lose all data so make sure your accountant has everything backed up.Show lessPlanet Why

Making calendar entries is near impossible. I have no idea how EY sends this to their clients for use. It’s embarrassing.Bryan-37

Frequently forgets my face. Sometimes reminds me within an hour after logging my location to log my location. Frequently doesn’t let me log in and just spins and spinsadnilneaj
Unstable
Constantly requires logging in and cannot seem to retain credentials. Face ID option doesn’t stick and you have to force quit and reload and re login multiple times. Has potential but is very clunky. Urgently needs an update, refresh and operational stability check (lots more testing).Dadindubai247
