Why my phone passcode? Why my finger print?
I’m completely not happy that I have to provide my finger print and share my phone passcode (which no one should know) in order to access the code needed for my work

Mandatory Location data required in latest version
The latest version now requires mandatory access to location data. For a Authenticator app this is definitely not required. If I was a personal user I would switch to another product. Now I am stuck. I don’t want to provide my location data to this app, and my company doesn’t have a policy that complies with the Data Protection Act that allows location data to be collected. Switching to airplane mode every time is not sustainable!

We’re sorry that you had a negative experience. As we develop and provide more effective methods of securing user access. Location metrics is now available in our new Cloud Access management Service. This allows the configuration of safe zones and proximity location metrics. As our latest app works across both existing on premise and Cloud based deployments, location is an integral part of the application. Location permission can be turned off at any time and allows passcode generation and PUSH responses to continue to work as expected. Thank you for being a customer.
