Why my phone passcode? Why my finger print?

Iโ€™m completely not happy that I have to provide my finger print and share my phone passcode (which no one should know) in order to access the code needed for my work
Truly disturbing!!

Mandatory Location data required in latest version

The latest version now requires mandatory access to location data. For a Authenticator app this is definitely not required. If I was a personal user I would switch to another product. Now I am stuck. I donโ€™t want to provide my location data to this app, and my company doesnโ€™t have a policy that complies with the Data Protection Act that allows location data to be collected. Switching to airplane mode every time is not sustainable!

Response from developer

Weโ€™re sorry that you had a negative experience. As we develop and provide more effective methods of securing user access. Location metrics is now available in our new Cloud Access management Service. This allows the configuration of safe zones and proximity location metrics. As our latest app works across both existing on premise and Cloud based deployments, location is an integral part of the application. Location permission can be turned off at any time and allows passcode generation and PUSH responses to continue to work as expected. Thank you for being a customer. Unable to add new account

Seems to be broken. Nothing happens when pressing the add button. Please fix this!!!!

Not functional

Canโ€™t add a new account because nothing happens when I press the blue + at the bottom left. Canโ€™t send an error report either for some unknown reason. I am not able to access my work email because this app is not working properly.

Easy enough

Not hard to set up and easy to use. My only issue is that the arrow you have to select to request a code is too small and should be larger.

Why discontinue the copy feature?

The new UI looks much more professional. Still some improvements could be made - see review from 21/10/2020. Why have you removed the copy feature? This was so useful. Even if you donโ€™t show the physical button make the passcode responsive so that it copies on a tap.

Why remove the ability to copy the code?

Absolutely no security benefits and hostile to users.

iOS 14.2 Update

App has stopped working after installing iOS14.2. It just crashes after hanging on the startup logo.

Great Reliable App

Well designed and simple to use.

Works Great

I have been using this app for last three months and setting up accounts for many users without any issues so far.
