Progress report function not useful
With the previous version, I could see the progress my child made, as a round circle outline was partially or totally traced. The current version shows only a teeny-tiny star that is colored in when the child completes the skill; partial progress is not even noted!! Also, the mini videos depicting each skill have been removed. I do not like this version at all. The main focus of this revision seems to be to solicit referrals for other students!Show lessInvolved grandma

I used to be able to check in on the app to see which lane my child was in. When I enrolled a second child that function is not available and was usefulJNBAf
App doesn’t load data
The app does not load data - or if it does, it comes up very intermittently. If you tap on My Lessons or Make Up, it’s just a blank screen. Sometimes my son’s upcoming lesson will load, but if I tap on that it’s just another blank screen. This is very frustrating when I want to manage and schedule lessons. When I view my lesson, it does not load properly. Sometimes when I go to my lessons or any other option in the app, it says that I have not enrolled any swimmers. Please fix these bugs in the app.akshara doddi

Bug Issues
Every time I try to change my weekly lesson to Thursday on the app it defaults to Sunday and says my next lesson will be in April? My current lessons are on Tuesdays. So… that makes no sense.Katie406

Latest Version is not working
Couldn’t login with Forgot Password. No link or email was sent after a week trying. This happened when we first joined BB and it took 6 months for someone to finally make it work. And now I’m having the same problem again with the new app.XtinaC!
