If I could rate less than 1 star I would.
There is no customer service or help team to assist with logging in. I have been trying for 2 days. The app says a new verification code will be sent to my phone with a new password but nothing happens. It is a requirement of my bond. No help. No way to access help without first logging in. Disappointing.Good app if in trouble
I’m currently going through a very hard court process. Without even being charged yet guilty, they are basically saying I am and made me wear a gps ankle monitor that was almost $400 month…. They are very bulky, uncomfortable, and being summer time I wore blue jeans to hide it while going out. This App however has been great for better terms. I wish all courts allowed this for anyone that needed a ankle monitor. I went from $400 a month to $30 a month! And it’s so nice you can just check in on your phone by taking a selfie when it tells you to. It also gives you some time to take the picture in case you miss it for whatever reason. I’ve noticed it also doesn’t ask you for anything from 8:30pm/9pm until around 7:30/8am the next morning, so you don’t have to worry about waking up and doing it. All though I hate I have to do this, I would recommend everyone going through hard times to get this app if they can.

I have made approximately five or six calls to RePath for support and spoke with a person named Bryon. Each time that I spoke with him, he guided me through what I needed to do, he listened patiently and answered all my questions.
