Have you tried a password reset? If your email was used due to someone else misspelling theirs it will send the password reset email to you. If you still have problems send an email to: info@heartguardjournal.com and we can get everything reset on this end. Thank You, The HeartGuard Team

Hi Sqep. It's all fixed! BTW, if you would like to participate in our app testing for this and any of our other apps/platforms let us know. We are always looking for good product testers. It would seem one of our devs made a little spelling mistake that created the issue. We have corrected the issue and a new version (V1.0.8) should be available in the app store shortly once apple completes it's review.
