The app is not helpful at all. Nobody responds and the hold time is 25 minutes + each time. No urgency, no efficiency

Several times there are incorrect communications about the child’s ride and it causes concern about the child’s safety. The number to call support is also unresponsive.

Good when it works
Even though i have set all notifications on, i never get notifications when the the driver arrives. Also, i cannot see the location of the driver so i have no idea if he is on the way or not.

DO NOT USE if you want to get somewhere
DO NOT use this company. Driver shows up consistently late, and I am not talking about 3-4 mins late, it is 30 minutes late, and not even a once off. It might be issues with a single driver yet the company is not willing to do anything about it. After 4 occasions of a >20 minutes delay and I lost count of how many occasions of <5 minute delay, I requested a change of driver.
The company only says they have no other driver and did not try to resolve my issue, instead just say they will talk to the driver, and that’s it. I have been talking to the driver, and they also “talked” to the driver and obviously nothing changed.
The app is very inaccurate. The times it shows never correspond to the actual time a ride arrives. It doesn’t refresh unless you kill it and restarts, and you have to confirm COVID safety every single day before you can use it.
