Great for self-improvement and mindfulness

Discovered this app a few weeks ago and was able to build a strong daily habit right away. Especially because of the very intuitive weekly schedule and the personalized content. I would say definitely give it a try if you’re looking to improve your mental fitness!

Get into flow!!

I was excited to see that there’s an app that translates his science into a meditation app. Have been using it for some time now and I can definitely feel an improvement in my ability to get into the flow during my work!

Motivational meditations

I always feel relaxed but also motivated and focussed after the sessions. The design is functional and nice to look at. The concept of having a weekly schedule and a „coach“ really helped me to stay with it for some time now!

Develop grit and self-confidence

I was looking for an app to work on becoming better in my job and to reach my ambitious goals and I feel like I found it with this one. Great sessions focussed on developing certain important skills and the best thing is that it’s personalized to your individual personality. Recommend it if you’re interested in personal growth.

Individual meditation

Amazing app with the concept to give you a meditation that fits your current mental and emotional state. Really helps me on a day to day basis to have a great start to the day.

Great to practice confidence and stoicism

This app is great to build a meditation habit to regularly practice and practice some important mental skills and mindsets. Very intuitive to use, great narrator and the background music of the meditations is also really fitting.

Mental optimization

I’m the kind of person that likes to know WHY I should do something; I don’t like to just be told what to do. This app does a great job EXPLAINING the theory behind the training sessions and gives a great primer on the Flow. Whoever designed it was certainly passionate about building a solid mental foundation and this app helps you to do just that.

Intuitive app to start mental training
The guided audio sessions are great, the speaker has a very enjoyable voice and the app is very clear and intuitive overall.
