I have had my machine and app for several months and have been loving it until yesterday. Made a coffee for a friend, using one of my recipes, then as I went to brew mine, a message came up saying “you have not yet saved any recipes” followed by a long period of the spinner, then “Something went wrong” - endless spinner when I clicked OK. App has not worked since - one message came up about an invalid url (? I thought the app simply connected with my machine unless updating itself or the machine?) - but otherwise endless spinner. The machine itself is working though trying to connect with the app does lead to me needing to switch off and on frequently to get it to start, but I can’t access my recipes which give me a full mug rather than the half a mug I get from a “long” standard setting. Not happy as the machine is not cheap!
Went to the website - absolutely useless, seems geared to sales but not support (good support encourages sales folks!). The AI chat is anything but intelligent - kept sending me to the app to get help for a non-working app. Also I discovered there is no facility to change one’s password, personal details etc - when you click on your account it just loops back to your home page. Not impressed as I was hop8ngbto set up an auto-generated secure pw while on the website.
