Imagine an app AND product that gets basically no support, goes down multiple times a year, logs you out and then your MFA magically doesn’t work until you reinstall the app. That’s this product! My company is moving to another password manager because of how unreliable this product is. Overall, app is a little more usable than the product is, but in general, garbage product.

Passportal zero improvements for the past 5 years.
We been using Passportal for the past 5 years but finally giving up.
There are just no improvements or new features since we started using Passportal 5 years ago.
We are not able to share network documentation with Site Administrators.
This app… uff not sure where to start with the complaining.

Displeased
I use this for business and the app regularly states that it failed to authenticate, whereas the desktop version works fine. This has caused extreme disruption.
Broken app, use another solution
Just like everyone else has said. The web version is decent but the mobile app is so broken it ruins any purpose of having one. Password injection doesn’t even work and that’s probably the main purpose of the app.
Boo! Doesn’t even fill passwords
For an expensive corporate password solution this app really stinks. Won’t fill usernames and passwords and the multiple screen flashes just to get to a selection list is jarring. Moving my passwords back to LastPass.
Awful mobile app
PP web has been great, but the mobile app is barely useable since n-able took over and made changes. It works right when you log in, but within an hour it loses some sync with their servers and will not input passwords or show them to you. The only fix is to completely log out, then log back in with password, MFA, and faceid. At that point you can see your passwords, but they will still not input to a webpage they just failed on. N-able support has told me it’s only me having this issue, yet others on my team face the same thing. I’m moving on

Good.. when it works
Been using this app for a few years now. Same old bugs. Reinstalling the app seems to be the only temporary fix before it bugs out again. Would not recommend this app in its current state.
Please fix the glitches
I’m a fan of Passportal, but the iPhone glitches are awful. I constantly have to log back in or passwords won’t fill in safari. When I bounce back to Passportal to refresh this will sometimes fix it or just crash the app. There’s also an issue with the bottom half of the screen going missing as another user mentioned.

Good but can be better
I’ve had Passportal for over a year now. Using it in browser is great, I couldn’t live without it. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the iPhone app. I continually have a glitch when I view credential list, the bottom half of the screen is blank and you can only view in the top half of the screen. This issue has been intermittent for the the last year and hasn’t been fixed. I would give 5 stars if this issue is resolved.
