App crashed twice
App crashed twice this morning
When it works.
It’s good when it works. But after their last update, the app is broken and won’t open. I sign in and enter my 2FA, it acts like it’s going to work then it crashes. I’ve rebooted the
Phone, deleted and reinstalled the app and even called tech support and haven’t gotten an answer/result yet. And has been a week called them 07/08/19. I can sign in on web version. I use this a lot since I am in the field a lot and need to access client passwords.
Also found out fellows coworker has same issue where the app will not open for him either. It does the exact same thing

Finally an app
So far it’s great for a tech who works remote a lot. I can retrieve all my clients passwords and more on the go.
Won’t copy passwords
This app is a joke. Seems like the development team didn’t test it enough or something, who knows, but it doesn’t even copy passwords. I’m here in a store trying to figure out what hard drive I should get for my data transfer, but passportal won’t work over the app to copy the password so I can log in.
Maybe try thoroughly testing your software before you release. Seems clear the this wasn’t done. Booo! Fix it please!!!!!

Currently very limited
I’ve come to PassPortal from LastPass and the lastpass app is leagues ahead it terms of functionality. The main issue currently is the lack of docs support or info about assets. Makes it all but useless on the road. Shame as the web portal is great and engineers are pretty happy with it.

Basically unusable with Duo MFA
Upon loading, prompts for 2FA code, switch to Duo app to grab the code, go back and that code is no longer valid. Where is the Duo Push option? App is literally unusable in this state.

To an already great password management suite. Makes password management and accessibility one step simpler for field techs.
So glad it’s finally here!
Great first app. So far problem free. A few things I hope are in the works:
