Great concept, bugs, crashes
App doesn’t appear to be optimized for iOS 14. Crashes when trying to open app. Delete and re-install worked temporarily but it’s crashing again.

Moving From LastPass
Trying to move my entire org from last pass but my god solarwinds, where is the support or updates for this app? We pay monthly fees to use the software and it hasn’t been updated in 6 months. Terrible...

Love Passportal - Hate this app, needs fix PLEASE
I love Passportal and use it extensively, BUT the mobile app is an extremely important part of an effective password management solution and the iOS app does not work at all and crashes upon losing every time. Hasn’t been updated or bug fixed in a LONG time. Need an update PLEASE - soon. The Android app worked okay but also would occasionally hang up on loading and have to be restarted sometimes two or three times, but at least it worked. iOS app on iPhone 11 doesn’t work at all. Solarwinds PLEASE FIX THIS!

This app solved my password storage issues and it is great to know that I have the support of my IT partner. Minor errors that can be corrected waiting a little bit or signing back in.
Never worked
Downloaded the app, fails to authenticate every time. I have never successfully logged in.

Needs to have ability for MSPs to view their client documents.

For a few glorious months this app worked for my like I hoped it would. Something changed, and it crashes immediately after 2FA authentication now, every time.

Crashes after 2FA
App crashes after 2FA push is received, never able to login.
Useless since latest update
After entering 2FA, the app tries to load vault and crashes. It was a good app before last change. I will update my rating if the issue is fixed.
