Can’t access app
App crashes every time after entering MFA. Uninstall and install again, same thing starts happening.
App crashes since latest Feb 22’ update
Not sure if they are reading this but the app is now crashing during initial load or right after MFA submission… really killing us from wanting to stay with the service
Not sure how your company can offer password mgmt with such a horrible app
We use passportal extensively on desktop devices. This mobile app is horrible. When it was working most of the time the app would not show a saved password, but now auto fill doesn’t work at all. Been this way for at least 2 months. Come on…LastPass absolutely has this on lockdown and I have moved back to it since 50% of my usage is mobile. My company is on passportal and I am stuck using this so I have to manually open, find the password, copy it and hope it actually displays the password that I know is in there.

My Passwords all gone now!?
This app was working great for me, that is, until the latest update. The update erased all of my passwords. Literally all of them. Why on earth would this happen?! What am I supposed to do now!?!
Bad customer support
Customer support is awful and they can’t figure anything out. Spent hours on the phone and thought things were figured out and working but issues are still there.
Unusable
Why are all the N-ABLE apps so poorly developed? Are you all not an IT company or what? I can’t even select some of the clients in my Passportal because the list doesn’t scroll properly. Are you for real? It’s not that hard to get scrolling right. Useless app just like the RMM and MSP apps.
Broken and a mess
Unbelievably broken. It will usually take between 4-8 minutes to sign in regardless of device or network. Some devices will simply never be able to login.
Have raised this with support for over a year, but they don’t care.
Don’t even bother wasting your time with this app, user the browser version.

Missing all the Documentation, Asset et. limit to view Credentials
None of the Documentations show up. So no way to quickly look up Wireless or Server IP information while at a client site. Only Credentials showing up and even there the Notes are not displayed unless you edit the credentials. There is a long way to go for the iOS Passportal App in mho.
Not usable app
Does not take any password. Abandoned app.
Does not work on iOS 14
The app just displays a splash screen. No help anywhere.
