Please check if you have a stable internet connection, without one there can be problems with the klar app. You should also try to close the app in the task manager and reopen it again. Hi, thank you for your feedback! We had to discontinue our old e-banking app, because of the new EU-Regulation PSD2. You can find more information on that topic under bawagpsk.com/psd2.
