I’ve reviewed this game before but feel I should review it again. The last update wiped my game out and put me back to the start. The support team were brilliant they put my game back to where I was and replaced the rolling pins and money I had in the game. I’m back playing the game now and loving it 😀😀😀Show lessSunbeam 196666

As I stated below I already did send an email and no one has bothered to respond and yes I sent it to the email you provided and checked my junk mail
Update: boy I just love the lack of response from the company. Don’t respond to emails, don’t fix my issue and now back to level one? Too many cooking games out there to deal w a company that doesn’t back their app
Please fix your last update completely jacked the game up. Can’t play levels, collect rewards etc.. fixed the problem but now I lost all my progress what a wasteShow lessSassytxgirl
Progress lost
The game is fun but the progress keeps resetting, so after you have completed a few levels, it takes you back to level 1....very frustratingGarf13

Game frozen
Game has frozen on level 27. It appears I need to tap the melted snowman, however it won’t let me. I have installed game and uninstalled numerous times and still the same outcome!Charlillie18

Pay to play
This game is fun to play. The downside to me is if you want to continue to play in the higher levels you will have to purchase items in order to continue playing. I play these games for fun. I’m not spending money to play it.mama pierce
Not responding to touch
I can’t pass the level I’m on because the game doesn’t respond to my touch and the food burns. Or it finally does and the customer went away.Jlbiggert
