I downloaded the new version today and lost all of my upgrades in Japan. I had to repurchase everything and the second part of the game keeps telling me to download. Now I lost all coins and can’t upgrade equipment and food to pass levels. Please address this.Ange6972

Extremely frustrating
Currently playing in the restaurant in Spain - the dishes are VERY difficult to discern what the customer is ordering. I have good vision, but even so, everything is so hard to see. Also, it’s infuriating when, by some unknown chance (luck), I’m actually able to serve correct orders, one little double tap and you’re out! I really hate that it’s so touchy - it can’t be helped when you have to work fast! I’ve enjoyed the game until now - please address these issues.Show lessannmary55

Love this game it’s fast paced and keeps me interested. However there are many levels that are almost impossible to complete without power ups meaning you either have to pay or wait 3 days to get them from eggs in order to move on which is pretty frustrating. I have every single upgrade for every machine and piece of food and despite fast serving and combos still 400 quid short of those targets meaning I have to use double money power ups. I am one of those people who won’t pay so it will sadly get deleted in a few days. 😞Show lessVintageRue
