We appreciate that you see the value of our software (and hopefully the mobile apps). Like all companies, we are actively adding to our support staff, but it's a tough time for all companies to hire right now. No excuses though... we will do better.

2 Months and more grateful
Primary reason migrating from previous client-portal was for better user-interface. So far, feedback from even the non-techy clients is very positive!

I’ve been with canopy now for two years and incrementally, as a customer, I have seen recommendations made and actions taken and capabilities deployed month after month - year after year. I have now since eliminated almost ALL administrative positions in my company.
I am more efficient more productive and more profitable because canopy exists.

Can’t use the phone app!!
It was just in an infinite loop. Sends mail to verify ID. OK... then, I verify - I’m thanked and then ... nothing. I try again - sanr thing. I tried 4 or 5 times and gave up.
