  • Could be better but still not bad

    I love Redtail in general. For the most part, you cannot live in the app, you have to use the desktop application. And it’s a pretty complicated system for an app. But when you’re on the run, at least it does suffice. Can probably use a few improvements, but overall, I like it.
  • Can’t see documents

    I hardly ever use the app because many times I need to see documents that we have uploaded and I cannot do that with this app. Period. Unless maybe there’s just something I haven’t figured out yet? If it had the ability to open view and upload docs then it would be a five star!
  • Great App!

    Recent updates make it sooo much more functional. Ties in perfectly with my desktop. I use it all the time. The only reason it’s not a “5” is because it doesn’t do Workflows (at least as far as I know).
