Could be better but still not bad
I love Redtail in general. For the most part, you cannot live in the app, you have to use the desktop application. And it’s a pretty complicated system for an app. But when you’re on the run, at least it does suffice. Can probably use a few improvements, but overall, I like it.
Can’t see documents
I hardly ever use the app because many times I need to see documents that we have uploaded and I cannot do that with this app. Period. Unless maybe there’s just something I haven’t figured out yet? If it had the ability to open view and upload docs then it would be a five star!
Great App!
Recent updates make it sooo much more functional. Ties in perfectly with my desktop. I use it all the time. The only reason it’s not a “5” is because it doesn’t do Workflows (at least as far as I know).

Wish I had moved sooner to RedTail
I finally feel like all our processes and procedures are in One Reliable place and nothing falls through the cracks! I also love that I can add tasks via an app!

Terrific App for Financial Advisors
When you’re on the go, this app is indispensable! Highly recommend! I’m using this app more and more.
The just works.
No constant fussing with it like some other systems. I feels like logging on from a full computer even on my phone which makes it easy to make notes using some of the secured dictation companies.
