Ordering for the second time
Y’all this product is unbelievable I received my tiles packaged very well and the pics are very high-quality! I have to admit my first order I was a little worried because I’m accustomed to ordering canvases. Those days are behind me now LOL. I am getting ready to place my second order today. I would heavily recommend when you order these to get the level to help you put them on the wall. I found it to be the most valued purchase in my first order. They also send extra sticky backing pieces for the wall ... which was unbelievable because I needed them LOL! Definitely recommend a product!!!Show lessDeepsouthcs

The app was super easy to use, the prices are not too high, the shipping was fast, and the product was exactly how they said it would be. Beautiful tiles
I’ve only just started using this service/app and I am incredibly impressed so far. The order process is seamless, the delivery time is fast and the quality/results are beautiful. I’ve only ordered the glass tiles so I can’t speak for the other tile type but I can not believe the speed and quality of service. One of my tiles was broken on the corner (and i’m not sure if it was during shipping or when I unpacked it) and I’m currently waiting on an answer to get a replacement. I’ll update this review after that experience.
UPDATE: Customer service was prompt and helpful. I was impressed with how quickly a team member got back in touch with me and had a replacement tile shipped within days of submitting my request. 100% satisfied with this company.Show lessm4ms
Reliable and unique
I bought tiles for my dad for Christmas and when they didn’t show up on time, I emailed the company and they sent new ones out immediately, it took less than a week for me to receive them after the first order being lost during shipping. When they came, they looked very nice. It’s a unique gift for yourself or someone you love. They’re also very affordable. I’m glad the company is reliable when it comes to accidents and package delays, not all businesses care.Show lesskp115000
Never received tiles
I will never order form this company again. Spare yourself the stress and frustration and order from somewhere else. After receiving 3 different tracking numbers for my order of four tiles (all because the orders kept disappearing) the order finally said it was delivered after being over a month late. The ONLY thing that was delivered was the leveling tool to help hang the tiles. So the tool came but no tiles!? Doesn’t even make sense. I am hoping to get a refund of my money since I never received my order, but who knows if that’ll ever happen since now after I’ve spoken to multiple customer service reps I am just getting an automated reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I am so dissatisfied and disappointed. My money was taken and I never got any tiles. :(Show less"Will not order wver again"
Better than pictures
Want to pickup a wall and personalize it at the same time? You’ll never tire of seeing the people, places or objects on your walls and, if you ever do, you can easily change it up. Great concept I have incorporated now throughout my home. So please with the results!Sue and her animals
Not so Restickable
They look beautiful and color is just right but they don’t stick on or stay on easily after you have moved them off from the original spot you put them on. We moved the picture from one wall to another and one of the three would not restick and stay. The other two stick for a few days and then fell off. I ended up using command strips after trying to reorder the stickers backing with them and it didn’t send.Show lessDee23dee23

This is my very first product review I have ever left but I felt everyone needs to know how cool these are! I got these tiles in a timely manner! They are everything I hoped for and more! False advertisement - low quality prints - awful customer support
I ordered 23 tiles, hoping the quality of the images would be the same as the ones advertised on their website. The quality was so low, even the images were high resolution with high quality. The worst part was their customer support. According to their website: “We know you are going to love your EasyTiles experience. In fact, we're so confident that we are pleased to provide an unconditional money-back guarantee. If within the first 30 days you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily provide a complete refund.” This is a completely false statement. When I contacted them, after many emails and conversations, they just simply said “the quality of our prints are the best and blah blah.” And, they did not refund me.
