An awesome game!
This story was really engaging, I got very attached to the characters. I really appreciate how you’ve allowed us to watch ads for certain choices and outfits, and how we can watch an ad to go onto the next chapter. In other games like this, I usually get fed up by the lack of free choice and I delete it quite quickly, but for this game, that was totally not the case. However, I’d like to suggest that maybe after the first run through of the game, there should be a feature where you can skip parts of text quickly, since all I want to do is to just see the other choices. AMAZING (But a little sad)
I LOVED THIS SO MUCH. You honestly do not understand how much I loved it, I loved how with gems and keys you could watch an ad and that was great but the story line itself was JUST PERFECT I honestly don’t understand how you haven’t made a sequel bc everyone is asking for one so PLEASE ADD ONE. And the only thing I am sad about it that there isn’t a sequel.. and I also loved the aspect that it did include LGBTQ+ with being able to crush on phoebe so that was just perfect and everything about this game was magnificent so pleaseeee make a part to because I would freak if you did and if you read this whole thing that you so much and please just leave a short reply so I could understand if you will or won’t make another one!!!! :) :) <3Show lesscomplaining_monkey!!
Not Bad
Since I didn’t have to pay a dime for keys or diamonds, I give the game five stars. However! It does have its pros & cons.
Pro’s:
1. While the ads are extremely annoying at times, I love how you’re given the option to watch an ad for premium choices instead of automatically forking over diamonds. I never played a choices-themed game with this feature. Hopefully, it doesn’t go away!
2. The artwork is awesome, especially the characters! I played a few games and the avatars (MC and in-game characters) can get downright atrocious! The background sceneries are beautiful too! Great job!
3. Okay storyline! It’s what you expect from a romance-driven mobile choices-themed game, but at the same time, the overall plot wasn’t terrible! I loved the characters!
Con’s:
1. Watch out for the grammar. I noticed a few typos in the overall storyline, but luckily, it wasn’t exceptionally distracting. Kinda annoying, but not terrible.
2. Misleading app description. I was under the impression that the app contained more than one book, but I was wrong. I love Summer Break, though! Kinda disappointed it was only one book...
3. The age rating for the app is horrendously inappropriate. I understand 12+, but 4+? The content in Summer Break is too mature for a four year old. I recommend bumping it up to 12+ or higher. Preferably rated T. Just saying...
I hope you decide to add more books (with different stories) in the app or at least, a sequel to Summer Break. Us fans would appreciate it!Show lessFuyuzora
Love this game
This game is so good but I wish there were more stories and if you already played it then you should keep the choices you made as for the ads instead of gems that is absolutely brilliant but I wish you were told how many you could watch before you use them as I got to the end it said that the ads have run out so I wish you would tell us but apart from that I think others games like this should do the same but apart from that this is the best game everShow lesswyisyj
MISLEADING Ads, Game BETTER
First few ads are misleading. The book is in fact beautifully illustrated with engaging, funny and realistic characters (as seen in last few ad slides). It works out just like one of those "Chapters" or "Episode" books.
You pay for certain special options, and also get the choice of watching ads rather than "buying" options with game currency - and if the ads don't work I'd recommend saving the gems 'til Rob's offer for you and your partner to enter the Moon. Nothing else is quite as special as that.
(P.S. Liam's backstory is just a little cute dorky thing. Nothing huge to worry about.)Show less"Larm"
Not what I thought it would be like.
So I thought this would be a game about someone being in high school or something but it was spoilers: about a girl who went to a music festival. I was actually quite excited about making my character get into cute high school romances and helping her get ready for prom but instead I was choosing one of the people to spend the night with in a secret room on the lake! Now i uninstalled this game because it’s nothing like the first few pictures and entirely like the last four or so. I also did not like the part where your character literally shares the shower with some other guy! For the record I’m 13 and I saw someone else’s review say that this was 4+ which I find pretty bad because of the swearing and stuff that I would call “weird in the weird way”. I uninstalled this quite a while ago but I just wanted to leave my review of this for future children and even adults who think this game is a cute little high school role play like I did.Show lessTheBlobfishMaster789
More stories 🤔
Ok. I absolutely love high school because the story is absolutely amazing and just perfect but, I’ve reread the about 3 times and it’s kinda getting boring. Well I’ve been thinking and I think that you guys should add more stories but not just any stories I think that you should continue the stories with the same characters but I think the stories should be about life after the festival and you at the end of the story how you choose one character to go in the moon ball with. Well I think if y’all created more stories that continued what happened after the festival the person could live life with the person they choose now that may sound kinda stupid but I think it’s a good idea not saying that you have to take it but one story is not enough and can make people really mad and sad that the story is over after those chapters. And I can admit that when I finished it for the first time I was kinda let down that it was over. SUPER FUN
To people who like to read reviews as well I can guarantee this game is great! I just downloaded it yesterday and finished it the same day, it’s so much fun to play the story line is amazing and the ways you are able to earn keys and diamonds are so much more helpful and better than other story games! I truly hope they continue this storyline because I would love to see what would happen next, this game will truly reel you in and make you excited to continue with it. I’m not a bot or anything I’m a real human so don’t get any suspicions, I’m here to help other gamers find a good game to play and this is one of them! Try it out and you won’t regret it! Really great and interactive
I really enjoyed this game! I would have liked it to be a little longer and I can’t wait for more chapters to be added. I do have a recommendation though... I think you should make the characters have a bit more options... clothes wise just bc I think maybe it would be better? Anyways I also think that maybe you should have what they are wearing effect the story line a little too. I love this game so much and I can’t stop replaying and changing the story up. I believe this game should be rated five stars bc of its pure entertainment. I do think that the age 4+ is a little bit off though... maybe more like 12+? Idk... also UOU NEED MORE CHAPTERS PLEASE! I dying as I wait... like seriously the anticipation is outrageous 😂😂😂 anyways I hope you consider my recommendations and add them. It is a great game and I hope you continue the story soon!
