Going to have to uninstall this lock
The implementation of this app is terrible. If it cannot reach the server for a verified device it refuses to unlock. This really needs addressing as it’s quite dangerous. I understand the need to communicate with a server for notifications etc but the simple act of unlocking should be done locally.Show lessJwball

Great lock
Great lock and very easy to install, auto activation ( beta) gets better with each update but does not always work. The 200 mtr radius should be adjustable so the user can decide what radius they want. Keep up the good workPaul Whiers 2
Good but room for improvement
Works well & recent update looks nice. However there are a few things from a point of view of security that are notable by their absence. For example it would be useful to be able to see if a door is locked or unlocked in the app. The point of a remote automatic system is lost if the user has to remember the exact sequence of locking & unlocking. Integration with Alexa or would be good. If Alexa can the interrogate the status using a routine the user can then be notified if doors are unlocked. Also if you leave the house geo-fence and you have left the doors unlocked your device can notify you.Show lessCrofted

Not a bad smart lock.
Very easy to install and simple to operate.
Three stars for now as auto activation is a bit hit and miss. But most importantly, it needs apple watch support. Please implement it, Bold. 5 stars if/when you do.iGazza
No Apple Watch app!
Works great on phones. But I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max and it’s way too big to take with me when I go for a run. When is the Apple Watch app coming? You get only 3 stars because of this.Mandi9625
