SCAM!!!
This app is a huge scam! People are giving these people their ID and personal info which is most likely getting sold and used. I’m now getting strange texts from scammers. People input their info and are getting stuck verifying KYC which makes their coins stay LOCKED! There’s people waiting for over 4 years and the verification process is still ongoing with no way to check if info was put in correctly or resubmit. Their app is bugged! And even if you don everything right, there’s no open mainnet which means you cannot buy, sell or trade your coins. So you’re giving these people personal info and unable to profit, thus you’re mining for free and making these people tons of money. Customer service is nonexistent. Their Twitter(X) won’t answer questions. On the Pii browser chat, the mods are very rude and don’t provide any fixes and simply blame you and insult you and your intelligence, even though they can see that every question people are asking in the chat is about the apps failure and the coin being LOCKED! And if you ask about when you’ll be able to sell the coin, your account gets locked and then deleted. This is a huge scam and waste of time. I’m going to make sure these folks are investigated so there can be transparency or they are brought to justice.

Poor Security
I am doing mining for long time now. Really concerned about its security. Really poor security, I mistakenly added wrong phone number and its just take that number and after that its asking to verify, and no option to remove the number. what it should have done is when we added any number first it should have asked us to verify with certain codes process but no, it just takes any number confirm and later its just finished. You cannot do anything.

Where do I go from here?
I’ve been waiting for my identity to be verified to be able to transfer to mainnet! It’s been well over a year since I’ve submitted my application and you’d think a city like Melbourne would have more people that’d be able to screen your application. Don’t know what number in line I’m currently in :,)

Unreliable and no support team
Absolute rubbish and no support team (you will not be able to contact them if you have issues with the app)

Do not download, wasting your time. If you do mention anything about any such grievances you have on their internal chats and mention things that are suspicious, they just shun you, mute you ability to chat and censor you in house on the application stating that you’re trolling or some stuff about patience 😩🤦♂️. They ask for personal info to then leave you in limbo for months on end without any explanation. It’s all just about data farming and if possible to pocket themselves as much advertising revenue as possible while not fulfilling their claims and mission statements.

Pi**ed off
I have been ‘mining’ pi for over two years, still no launch. Nothing. Not to mention I also, moronically, gave them a load of my personal details to sign up to the contributor thingy and since then I have received infinitely more scam calls and emails - I can’t say for certain it’s Pi network who are responsible but it coincides with the timing and I can’t imagine what else they’ve done with my information besides sell it to god knows where. I’m probably going to keep it to see how it pans out but I’m not mining any more and if you haven’t already I don’t recommend downloading the app at all, wasted loads of time and gained absolutely nothing.

Lack of transparency
For over 3 years I have been mining. There is no update on the where about of main net. The PCT are enjoying the benefits from ad revenue. Do not enabled ads functionality in this app until we get some answers.
Scam coin don’t fall for it.
What is the purpose of this coin? It’s about stealing your private details when you start KYC. Mainnet is not running and all they do is force you to push a button each day and ask for your ID documents. They collect a massive database of personal details because people thought they have a value by collecting PI coins.

I downloaded and deleted it many times, couldn’t enter, just stocked on the pi sign page, don’t know why. I’m iPhone 11 Pro Max
