  • Best Christian App!

I normally don’t leave reviews but I had to take the time to do so for this amazing app. It’s the perfect app for the soul. Such beautiful content and their podcasts are so refreshing. Definitely a place to escape and feel closer to the lord. I came across them on their Instagram page and I was hooked. Ladies definitely check them out you won’t regret it! 🤍

  • Please fix background issue

Hi! I LOVE your resources and app but the podcast will not play in the background unless I have the daily grace app open and this drains my battery sooo bad. Please make it so that I can listen to the podcast without the app having to be opened up on my screen. ALSO when you’re looking at posts in the community section, if you click on one then go back to the main feed after, it takes you all the way back up to the top. Please fix it so that you can continue scrolling where you were. Thank you for all you do!! I really love DG and recommend it to like everyone but the app does have some technical issues that need to be fixed.

  • Impossible to read

There are many articles of interest but you’re gonna need a magnifying glass to read. I have a new iPad so adjustments to improve this have been made on my end. I’ve asked that they change from small light grey wording on white background but they said they won’t.
  • Used For Reading Articles

My review is basket solely on the blog. I use this app to read the articles posted and wanted to share that the Daily Grace material is excellent! Instead of mindlessly scrolling somewhere else, I can pull up this app and be fed by the truth of God’s Word. The blog posts are solid- meaning they are rooted in scripture and all point to Jesus which is honestly rare to find with most “Christian women” material. Thank you for this resource!

  • Good content. Okay app.

The ability to unlock each bible study I have purchased is great! I appreciate the podcast and blog posts included. Unfortunately, outside of a checklist I’m finding this app doesn’t get used much.

It is quite slow. Loading content, scrolling, or checking off completed areas seem to take a few seconds each, almost like everything is running on the main thread and waiting til completion before moving on.

The text is quite small and light. I do not need my reading glasses for the books, but I do for the app - even on the iPad. There (as far as I can tell) are no accessibility features to help readers adjust the font size. Designing for beauty should not override functionality.

The lack of a horizontal orientation on the iPad is quite frustrating and developmentally is not hard to incorporate. At minimum please add this!

I also use my Apple Pencil quite a lot, but am regulated to using the keyboard to jot notes. Due to the lack of orientation I can not even use my case keyboard to jot notes.

I think overall I would prefer a pdf version that I can use in GoodNotes than using this app.

  • Deeper understanding of who God is

I love the Daily Grace Co app and website. I have purchased several bible studies for my family to study together. What I like about the studies is the in-depth learning - context in which a book was written, who it was written to and by, a more clear understanding who God is and the gospel. I’ve really enjoyed listening to the weekly podcast. I highly recommend Daily Grace.

  • Words are too thin/small

Love this app! But can you change the font on this app by any chance? The black words against the white background are WAY too thin and small. It’s hard on the eyes. I checked the app settings, there’s no way to change this. And I have upped the font size in the settings on my phone. I took a screenshot I wish I could post it here. Thanks

  • Pricey

As another international buyer (I’m Australian) I hate paying for ridiculous postage costs when buying a physical copy. I have previously bought “damaged” items (this was disclosed before and priced as such), however, the shipping brought it to over it’s normal selling price, and even more after converting to AUD. It costs $37.14 AUD for 1-2 Lbs just for shipping.

So, I thought I would try the digital app, and although it’s very aesthetically pleasing, the prices are even MORE when buying through the app. For example, I wanted to purchase the WAIT DEVOTIONAL. The physical copy costs $28.56 AUD (not including shipping) and the digital costs $30.99 AUD. Which personally I believe a digital copy ALONE should cost less than its counterpart.

However, having previously purchased a physical devotional, the physical quality is really nice, but that’s really all I can say about it.

  • Love the podcast!

I downloaded the podcasts for my trip to Texas which was a 12+ hours drive and listened to 3 in a row. I’ve listened to a few prior to my trip and absolutely love what they have to say and how it’s so encouraging and really makes you think about God and you’re decisions. As a believer I really loved these podcasts and I have purchased a few books and liked those as well. Keep it up ladies, I love how real you are and how you relate to so many people.

  • It’s A Start

This app is a good start to being a great bible study tool/resource. Some of the bible studies seem to pander to emotions. I have a few studies that I have purchased from them (in book format, not digital) and have not used them yet, so I cannot say that about all of them. Their materials are very much “girlie” (lots of flowers, etc) so if you like that, you will like their material. I like the idea of having a digital version of your bible study on your device. That being said, the app is useless to me if I cannot study with the Bible translation of my choosing. Right now there is only the CSB available. Upon contacting customer service I got 2 different answers. 1. They will ONLY be adding the ESV and 2. They do plan to add more translations but that is going to take some time. Soooo??? This app may be useful in the future when the translations are available, but as of right now, it is not.
