Good app, needs hands-free
Echoing the sentiment of others. The app is a great way to control the gates, but adding CarPlay or watch functionality would make things so much smoother with not having to fumble for my phone every time.
Good App, Needs Hands-Free Functionality
I've been using the Nimbio app to open the gates to the garage at my apartment complex, and it certainly delivers on its promise of convenience. However, I have some concerns about its application while driving. In its current state, the app requires users to unlock their phones, navigate to the app, and then manually select the desired gate. This process, when done while driving, can be unsafe and even illegal in many states. Operating the app while stationary isn't always a viable solution either, as it can cause delays and result in a line of waiting cars. A hands-free solution, such as Siri integration or the ability to add Siri Shortcuts , would be immensely beneficial. It would allow drivers to activate the gate without the need to touch their phones, ensuring safety and compliance with state laws. Overall, Nimbio is a fantastic tool, but this addition would make it perfect not only in terms of convenience but also for safety. I hope the developers consider this feedback for future updates. Once it’s Nimbio becomes hands-free, I’ll be updating my review to 5-stars!

Great App (almost)
Would love if the app would integrate with Apple Watch and CarPlay. It’d be nice to open the app from the CarPlay screen to open our gate instead of having to pull my phone out.

Good app
This is a good app and the subscription is affordable for our HOA. It functions well and is easy to use. Any chance you could add a companion Apple Watch app? That would be even more convenient.

Like the ability to open and close my gates anywhere I have cell service.

-Doesn’t show when my gates are open or closed. When I activate it the app just shows “gate 1 opening” when it’s closings.

This is a great app, accompanying a great product. The App/service with Nimbio for our community gate has been super easy and everyone loves it.

This is an amazing service to have if you have an automatic gate. Super easy install with the help from the guys that created this product. Can’t recommend these guys enough! Thanks for coming through for us when no one else could, due to lack of internet access.

I’ve been using the Nimbio system almost six months and don’t know how I got along without this before. I can keep track or everyone’s comings and going and I feel safe when I give out my keys!
Add support
Please add support for HomeKit and Apple CarPlay. Would be nice to not have to grab phone to open the hate when driving.
