This app is a waste of time!

Don’t bother

Incapable of reading QR code which renders the whole thing useless

Worthless

I have never rated an app. However, this is so bad, I had to! No way to login with Google - null exception. Login with phone number - never get the text from them. If you do get logged in with Apple - the only way to find your booking is to scan a QR code. My facility did not provide a QR code. Deleting and moving on.

No QR code

Only way to find your booking is to scan a QR code, can’t type in a booking number or confirm details or any other alternative.
Booking confirmation told me to download app and scan QR code but then didn’t include a QR code. Even if it had of it’s a bit impractical given you can’t scan something unless you’ve got a printed version. Not very helpful for those who do everything digitally from their phone.

Doesn’t work

Goes in a loop does not work

Appalling.

Not sure how apple can allow apps that clearly don’t function. I hope NewBook’s clients and prospects bother reading these reviews. I wouldn’t be doing business with them.

Can’t log in

Don’t get this app. It does not work. Says text was sent but never received the message. No option to try again.

App does not work, just collects your info.

Once this app collects your information, no link is sent and you cannot look up your reservation. There is no help function.

Shockingly useless

Hard to believe this app hasn’t been killed off.

Nothing in the app works. Literally nothing. But don’t take my word for it - read the many other consistently poor reviews.

I feel dirty giving the app even one star.

Avoid at all costs.

App not functioning…unable to login

Only received error messages when trying to login using any of the methods offered. Odd that it doesn’t have the option to login using email or username… just phone number, Facebook, Google, or Apple accounts… and none of them work.
