This app is useless. Won’t allow you to log in, won’t allow you to book more than 1 ticket (what do you do if you have kids?). Try everyone active at least it works
QR Code
Feedback: please make the barcode a QR Code instead like the back of the membership cards. Trying to use the barcode on the entry scanners is sometimes difficult.

System superseded
The unfavourable reviews relate to the old system, which was poor. The new system is much better.
Let this app be a warning to small/ mid sized businesses
Cannot get it to operate. Have to use other means. Fortunately the staff are very friendly and helpful at the potters bar centre.
Slow and often unresponsive
You’ll be wasting your time if you think this is an app to quickly book classes. It doesn’t work more than it does and when it is running its so slow it would be quicker to call the gym and book on which defeats the object. Please sort this out. It’ll be a handy app to book on and off if it works properly
