Crashes always
After last update, impossible to use app. Always crashes and pop-up errors. Please fix

- app often crashes on launch
- app crashes when uploading documents and pictures, esp on certain file types or submission types
- app freezes when checking messages 100% of the time
- deleting & reinstalling app does not resolve these issues

Please fix the instability — this app is the main (required) form of communication with the V.ships company & often stands between workers and their pay.
