Way to see pending deposits
User friendly of the mobile app
While I appreciate the phone app being available, I don’t think that it is user friendly. I would need to use a computer if I need to do some of my banking such as to set up a payment for someone or cancel a payment which makes it inconvenient for me.

I’ve gone overdraft a couple of times because the app glitches and will not tell me the real amount of money I have. It is updated and everything. This app is just horrible. I think I have enough money in my account but I don’t. Thanks for the overdraft fees. 🙄
Terrible
I’m so mad! I have had so much trouble with remote deposits for checks since the update of the app several months ago. I keep putting checks in having them appear to be accepted, only to get a call months later from clients saying they hadn’t gone through. I don’t know how much money I’ve lost but I’m going to change banks. Not cool!

Great app!
Great app for a community bank. Looks great and allows you to deposit checks with your phone and turn off your debit or health savings account cards. Much better than the old app!
Not user friendly
Online bill pay is not as user friendly as prior app. Cannot get bills to flow in to see in online banking anymore.

I cannot find how to view statements older than one year ago. Super annoying.
Great App
This app has incredible functionality and uses current models that most banks/credit unions utilize. It’s easy to navigate around and looks sleek/nice.
