Emailed to facilitate a submission question and within 10 minutes a response was received; with follow-up. Service of this kind should permeate through out our industry.
Too much info not well organized.
Training videos mixed in with current sales contest. Too much scrolling to find the brands. You can’t just go to current sales contest to put in daily receipts. Needs to be quick and easy like MDV App or the old Nsiderlounge site. Lose interest in sales contests when it’s too much of PITA like current Endvr.

Hard to navigate, buggy, unusable
Truly one of the most poorly made apps I’ve ever had to use. Things don’t update without restarting the app, icons are unintuitive, buttons don’t take you to the right things, etc. Develops should just throw this out and completely start over
Terrible
I’ve been sold on downloading the ENDVR app to collect rewards for our practice for a promotion through Safilo/Kate Spade eyewear. Two months later my request is still pending on the app for Kate Spade, I’ve sold a bunch of frames from the brand because of the promotion yet haven’t been able to upload my sales receipts for August and September and now the promo is over. Our Kate Spade rep has terrible communication skills as I’ve reached out to her regarding ENDVR and have not heard back at all. What a waste of time.

extra cash for hard earned sales!
Most of the brands have high price items but dig that you get some extra cash for hard earned sales and for some you get awesome discounts as well! Really dig it!

Great app easy to use with good support! Makes earning spiffs for sales easy and rewarding!! Great motivator for promoting sales of mission projects, and a win win for brands and the associates who represent and sell the products and for the consumers who use them!

Awesome app for retail brand bonuses
This is a great app for retailers to get their associates some extra money! My associates have made hundreds of more $$ by using this app and literally selling the same product! Super easy to use! I highly recommend it!

Highly recommend for anyone doing retail sales
I really like using this app and use it to learn more about the products that are in our shop. It seems like after I do a training through the app someone walks in with a question on a product I just learned all about! The sales contests increase my overall sales because when you focus on and measure something the result increase. I always gravitate towards selling products that I'm educated on so that I can appropriately match them with the customers goals and needs.
Occasionally the app can feel a little glitchy and photos can be slow to upload, although the app has improved a lot since I started using it.
ENDVR is just one more way I keep up to date on products knowledge, keep things interesting, all while I've earned a few extra bucks and some nice gear along the way.
