Can no longer move the camera. It was already hard to navigate and put it directly on the position you want. Now does not move
A lot of issues recently.
Went from a camera going down (it wouldn’t turn on or connect at all.) To the screen wouldn’t rotate when viewing on Ipad(it’s been fixed) To the app will randomly close and now, for the past hour after the app randomly closed itself I CANNOT log back in. I’ve deleted the app. I’ve restarted the app. I turned off my WiFi. (Can’t go in the room to unplug it because I’ll wake my child and 0350 is NOT a good time.) I used to love these cameras and app, but now it’s become a huge struggle. I heavily rely on the camera to keep an eye on my child during nap/bedtime because he is in a 2yr old sleep regression stage and not wanting to keep his clothes on. This just made our struggle to keep an eye on him without starting at him from his door 24/7. (He WILL NOT sleep with people in his room.)
Please please please, fix the issues going on.

This app is very useful I can watch my kids and my dog with this app connected to my living room camera. It can detect things on its own like if someone enters the room or movement.
But is it ok if a ringtone can be added for when my kids call me through my camera?

Really really great
Very great visuals, live imaging and audio is great. I love it. We use it to monitor our dog when left home alone. We love it. The cameras rotate is at 360 degrees and this provides it very well. The app lets your utilize rotation well but it does get abit wonky when you’re not patient enough to let it recalibrate before clicking in any rotation sides. Anyways i think everything about it is great. Thank you!

BEST cameras money can buy!
Not only is the app user-friendly, but so is the actual blue rams company itself! They have always gone above and beyond my expectations with the value of their cameras, but also the features that come with being a subscriber to the company. They have always surprised me with their ability to make their customers happy! The added bonuses that come with being a part of their business are always great also! Also the programs that they have to reduce our carbon footprint are absolutely unbelievable, and truly amazing that they care as much as they do. Terrible save your money buy brand name camera
What a awful service! First month was fine we had no problems with it as soon as the trial period was over it stopped working! Funny that eh! What’s the point of an indoor camera but doesn’t work from my device when you leave the house, kinda defeats the object of having a camera at all! Avoid at all costs as the £20 might tempt you to buy it but the subscriptions are expensive!
