Save your money and time.
By far the worst cameras i’ve used, in terms of quality and sound it is great. The problems come with the app, you can only have one device logged in at a time which is super inconvenient and it’s a 1/16 chance the playback will work without errors. Please save your money and time, avoid these cameras.

To access the app from multiple devices, you need to create a new Lorex account and add it as a shared user in camera settings. I’ve been using Lorex for quite some time for my wireless cameras system. Features are great but the live feed takes too long to connect. The 4K doorbell specifically takes way too long to show the live stream on both wifi or mobile data.Connectivity Issues
I am currently using 3 indoor cameras model W461AS-Z and all three from time to time has connectivity issues. The app has not really crashed on me but the consistency of connectivity issue is frustrating. I can’t tell if its the app or my cameras doing this. I do have other Lorex cameras but those are linked to another Lorex app. So when I need to connect for live view or even recorded videos, sometimes I just can’t connect at all regardless if I am home or away. My home internet speed is about 400mbps down and 25mbps up. All three cameras are roughly within 10 ft from the mesh routers. I just can’t figure it out so I’m left videoless for a few minutes and sometimes hours and even days if I’m on vacation.
I am also able to link the cameras to Lorex Pro but that app does not allow me to do certain things like formatting the memory disk. I also do get the connectivity issues with Lorex Pro app.
Maybe it is this model camera? I will never know.Show less
