Update, Cloud & Enregistrement incomplet

Nous sommes désolés d'apprendre que vous avez rencontré des problèmes avec notre application. L'abonnement au cloud n'est pas obligatoire et vous pourrez toujours utiliser le stockage local. Nous ne savons pas exactement quel est le problème lorsque la personne clique sur la sonnette. Lorsqu'une personne appuie sur le bouton, la sonnette commence à sonner et vous recevez un appel sur votre téléphone. Account login process need to be simplified
When an alert is triggered, we want to be able log into account as quick as possible to check the video and recording. But this app requires credentials almost every time,understand the security concerns. But I am already on my phone, first level of validation is already done, why bother to do another validation to delay the response time?
This is something easy to improve.

Clunky at best
The App kinda goes stupid when you try to open a camera view notification.
If the app is open in the background…don’t even try or you get the “oops something went wrong” error. Refresh does nothing.
Completely closed the app and start over and then you will successfully be a minute late to answer the doorbell. This thing needs serious work. And I am not updating till the latest version.
