Update, Cloud & Enregistrement incomplet

Depuis la mise à jour de la caméra, il y a des suggestions d’abonnement au Cloud qui ne m’intéresse pas, le pourquoi nous avons acheté une caméra sonnette Lorex au départ pour du stockage local, il y a aussi plein de manquements au niveau des détections ainsi que des enregistrements incomplets, par exemple l’enregistrement se coupe dès que la personne clique sur la sonnette, donc nous ne voyons plus la conversation dès que la personne, clique sur la sonnette. Vraiment déçu, je n’achète plus de produits Lorex dès aujourd’hui. J’ai payé un produit très cher pour avoir un produit de qualité et maintenant on me demande un abonnement pour un espace Cloud qui ne m’intéresse Pas.

Nous sommes désolés d'apprendre que vous avez rencontré des problèmes avec notre application. L'abonnement au cloud n'est pas obligatoire et vous pourrez toujours utiliser le stockage local. Nous ne savons pas exactement quel est le problème lorsque la personne clique sur la sonnette. Lorsqu'une personne appuie sur le bouton, la sonnette commence à sonner et vous recevez un appel sur votre téléphone. Good app

Be nice to be able to clear notification without going into every video file. Would also be nice if notifications would show on home screen in app. Instead of opening the app up to see them. Overall decent app. You’d think it would be better though for the price of your systems

Cameras seem to stop working after a couple years. Waste of money.

Dual location functionality

I installed a couple of cameras on each of 2 properties to monitor gardens and animal life. I am very pleased with the App. I find it technical, but intuitive and logical too. This structure makes it possible for use by novice camera operators as well as keeping slightly more advanced user’s capacity to discover and use things like lighting or notifications set to their personal preferences.

very buggy

App often crashes, and is not responsive to touch.

Account login process need to be simplified

Love the cameras but not the app on iOS.
When an alert is triggered, we want to be able log into account as quick as possible to check the video and recording. But this app requires credentials almost every time,understand the security concerns. But I am already on my phone, first level of validation is already done, why bother to do another validation to delay the response time?
This is something easy to improve.

Works for me

I didn't want to spend 1000's so researched quality, user friendly systems with no subscription and security enough to feel safe and protected. Camera placement and angle are the key; I don't miss a thing. Even got some exciting notifications in time to see our curious fox wandering around our property at night.

Clunky at best

This company like others has been bought out.
The App kinda goes stupid when you try to open a camera view notification.
If the app is open in the background…don’t even try or you get the “oops something went wrong” error. Refresh does nothing.
Completely closed the app and start over and then you will successfully be a minute late to answer the doorbell. This thing needs serious work. And I am not updating till the latest version.

After update to v5.5 the app once minimized in live view often cannot be re-open (keeps trying to re-connect forever), I have to completely close the app and re-open to regain control of my cam. The app is installed on iPhone14
