Looks very helpful but for 100,000’s of people like me, it’s useless because we can’t login with our org account.Developer Response
Thank you for reaching out. The latest version of the app 7.19 should enable you to login with your ArcGIS Online login tied to your organization. Great app but I would like the ability to track bugs without needing to be connected to an organization. I don’t understand why I need to be connected to an organization to track bugs.Developer Response

We are happy to hear you are enjoying the app. We agree with your comments and in our next release, we will implement the ability to subscribe to bugs without requiring users to be connected to an organization. The app is great and the AI chat bot is really cool. But the app is missing some key functionality. There is no search function for the technical articles, which is a hindrance for searching for related information. Also, there’s no SAML login option for organizational accounts.Developer Response

We’re glad to hear you’re enjoying the app. We replaced the search functionality with the AI chatbot; the chatbot finds answers more effectively and is trained on all the latest technical content generated from Esri. We’re also working on the SAML issue and hope to have a solution soon.
