Needs a widget to turn on off
Would love for a easy to access widget to be able to toggle power!
No HomeKit & Siri
I would like homekit / Siri support
Make sure to reset your new device!
Make sure to reset you new light before pairing, otherwise it wonโt show up as an wifi option when pairing. Would like matter / HomeKit support. & HomeScreen widget
So tired of this
Constant connection issues. I use this light once a week and the chance of it working is 50% at best. Constantly needing to reset it and reconnect it which takes hours as the connection keeps failing. Terrible product and app. Have no idea why people rate these. You know the connection is awful so why not include a basic dial switch on the back with the other switches?!!!! Terrible product and terrible customer service

Rough, and Should Be Unnecessary
Downloaded this only because it was required to put my lights into pairing mode for the remote I bought SPECIFICALLY so I wouldn't be beholden to an unreliable app (seriously Elgato, what's wrong with a simple pairing button on the lights?!)
It barely ever sees both of my lights, and commands rarely go through first time. It's useful to be able to see temperature and brightness, but would be even more so if it had a number defining it rather than a mildly obtuse slider.

Works great but lacks a couple of much-needed features
Great functionality, but a touch slow to connect.
I would love to see an iOS widget and a watchOS app for macros or even just all-on/ all-off functionality. Some way to integrate with home kit would also be an appreciated feature.
Otherwise, the app does what it says on the can. I enjoy centralized control over my lights

iOS and Mac app are worthless
The app almost never connects to the lights on either platform. On my PC itโs rock solid every time but most of the time I donโt want to turn on my PC just to control the lights. Iโve done all the troubleshooting instructions from Elgato directly and from people on various forums and it continues to be a problem. After reading reviews here it seems this has been an issue for years with no real improvement. Had I purchased the lights myself Iโd be returning them but since I cannot I just deal with it.

Horrible software
The reviews on the main site prove the software is garbage when trying to sync.
Looses connection often
Understand that WiFi can have all sorts of issues, but everyone I open the app to turn the light off, the controls are in responsive. When I refresh, it looses connection and wonโt find connection until I turn off WiFi on and off again from my phone.
Otherwise this app would be fine and does its job.

It rarely connects
It works sometimes in some of my other devices, but 80% of the times fails connection from my iPhones. Iโve been for weeks trying everything to try to connect my main iPhone and still they do not correct the problem.
