I have been trying to solve a problem with declined notifications not being sent to the customer.
It has taken 5 days of back and forths with customer service, and we are no closer to solving the problem.
Imagine trying to troubleshoot an issue but every response from them takes 12-24 hours. It becomes effectively impossible unless it’s a very simple issue.
BK has no form of customer support other than emails, and their reps don’t carefully read your responses, causing you to repeat yourself and start the clock over, waiting another 12-24 hours for them to get back to you.
I wish someone higher up at Booking Koala would reach out to me so we can finally solve this simple issue.
