HiRa HR & Market Place is one of the extra features provided by Bank OCBC NISP to business customers. HiRa HR provide Human Resource Information System (HRIS) application including: employee administration, attendance, overtime, leave, claims, loans and payroll. HiRa Market Place platform enables you to advertise your product or services. Key feature on HIRA App: Hira HR HIRA HR serves as your perfect pocket companion for doing HR on the go. It gives more flexibility to perform day to day on your mobile anywhere and anytime. - Dashboard Display simple and informative report to see summary of total number of employment, absence, claims and loans. - Master Employee Data Manage employee data which includes organizations, Employee Data and Employee Agreements - Attendance Record employee attendance, manage shift, manage public holiday - Calendar Manage company event and view company event - News Manage and share news to all employee in your company - Overtime Management Request, approve, reject, view overtime history and calculate employee overtime. - Leave Management Manage employee leave, request, approve, reject, view history, expired and leave entitlement - Claim Management Manage employee claims, request, approval, rejection and payment. - Loans Manage loans employee, request, approval, rejection and view loan history. - Letters Create and provide letter template such as warning letter, contract agreement, termination of employment letter, etc. - Payroll Manage payroll system and employee benefits.
